"Let’s start with the pill. It comes with an increased risk of blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, cardiovascular disease, and some types of cancer. Not to mention that it has around a 4% failure rate (due in large part to people forgetting to take it every day)." not to mention most women I know suffer with moderate to severe mood and depressive symptoms due to the pill. It's f*cken brutal.

This article is great! I got mine done at the age of 31, 9 years ago because I have multiple partners and some of them have uteruses.

With having a uterus and associated tackle comes that plethora of problems like endo and PCOS, and it's actually a *fucking heroic* feeling to relieve the burden of birth control from another person.

(I know, i know, the bar for men is so low its basically lying on the ground, but still)

I knew at 37 that kids was not going to be a part of my plan so I got it done. Never felt so liberated knowing I don’t have to worry about any accidents. I am very happy with my decision and have no regrets.

My BIL got his done after his 2nd child was born. His wife was happy about it and he felt it was no big deal, but it makes such a difference in quality of life for them both.

I got a vasectomy at 25. Best decision I've ever made. Childfree and staying that way.
