People=shit There is nothing else to say about it. This poor little *boy* who's only crime was to look at these girls, and maybe tell them where they could find some flowers, was brutally tortured to death for it. Then, decades afterwards, they decide "oops, guess not" is good enough for his friends and family after the fact that they stole his life and everything he could have been. Utter bullshit.
I feel you. Fucking people!!! Oh, how nice of them to vacate his conviction. That isn’t going to bring this poor boy back or undo the torture he endured. 🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭
This is such a disgraceful part of my state’s history. I was never taught about this case in school or even in college to become a teacher. I do remember when his conviction was vacated and I remember there being people on the news from that town who were mad about it. People who swore that boy was awful and had been known to cause trouble in town and harass little girls. The thing is, those people had to have been children themselves at the time (if they were even born) yet they are still trying to justify the state’s actions. This case had three child victims.
I appreciate so much that you read a full description of his murder. We must face what we have done...and what we continue to do. Your emotion is palpable.
Damn. Thanks for making me cry.

And this is why I mostly hate humanity.

Cruelty knows no bounds. We are a bunch of sickos.

That poor boy truly awful, he looked upstanding. My heart goes out and yes many people are cowards, we can see it now, but many many more are not.
