While not technically killed by an anti abortionist, George Tiller is the case I think of as "First."
He was actually killed by his "competition," a local illegal abortionist (Note "illegal," a back alley butcher), in 1973, for performing safer, legal abortions.
I'm glad I no longer have to worry about pregnancy for myself, but I'm terrified for all people who can get pregnant. I've been researching expat communities around the world, and really want out of this hellscape! If we can't elect better representatives this coming November, I'll be on a fast track to leave. It's sickening.

Exactly! They don't value the life after it is born. Nor do they care if the life of the mother is in danger or if someone was raped.
That chart is telling. We pay the most for health care, yet have the 4th highest mortality rate.
