Love your writing, been following for years. Just read today’s post and noticed you refer to Neil Diamond playing with The Band, it was actually your fellow Canadian Neil Young that was in attendance.
Rather than time travelling, and possibly screwing things up, my wish would be to be able to tap, at will, into the memory of any person who ever lived. I would be able to observe any event/experience, and I would know every secret, unsolved mystery, etc.
The Last Waltz is on Amazon Prime, Tubi, and Pluto TV for free (although Prime isn't really "free", is it?
One of my all-time favorite cartoons shows a guy emerging from a time machine & announcing, "I just killed Hitler!"
