Attended the protest in Hartford, CT. It was about 10k people, peaceful, lots of honking from cars. It was a good day.

I've only heard of Croesus in Les Miz. Never knew he was a king, so thank you for that lesson.

The concept of money has never made sense to me. A 6"/15cm piece of paper that changes value constantly? And another piece of paper has a different value because, while being the same size, it has different numbers printed on it? I suppose bartering labor for goods, goods for goods, or goods for labor was beneath too many people.

I attended a protest today in AZ. Hilarious signs, and lots of happy, friendly patriots! There was a tiny group of about 3 Trumpers sulking on the sidelines. I invited them to leave the dark side. But they didn't. Their loss.

I saw a sign that said: "No faux king way". She won the protest.

I have a little song about Trump with the lyrics: "Rich as Croesus/twice as obesus/take me home, Jesus now!"

Look at the bright side, it sure made your job more interesting and entertaining then if it was all 'milk and honey" and niceness. And that's the problem with us humans, we seem to actually enjoy and revel in a bit of that old curse "May you live in interesting times!" which I personally find much more entertaining reading about then living through. Keep up the good work and hope nobody in power does anything spectacularly stupid for awhile at least.

The species won't likely get much farther unless we come to understand what it means to "𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩-𝙨𝙞𝙯𝙚" our lives.
